I.F. Ductless

My experience replacing both a furnace and and AC Unit with Ductless was so positive. Despite cold weather and unexpected hurdles in the process, Brian and his team stayed late and ensured the job got done to an A+ standard. When something on the unit didn't work, they returned, fixed it, educated me about registering the products for warranties and set me up to have success in the years ahead. They are not only kind and professional but prompt but aware of the details to make jobs like this go exceptionally well. Highly recommend!

I've gone through I.F. Ductless twice. They installed a new furnace and AC unit in my rental and also in my home. Not only are they very affordable they don't try to upsell you. I shopped around a few places and I never felt like the other businesses were honest with me but these guys were! They were very professional installed everything in a timely manner and I can tell they care about the quality of work. I highly recommend!

I had a very short timeframe to get everything done. Brian was able to fit me into my schedule and coordinate his team to provide me with the radiant floor heating I needed in my shop. He did great at answering my questions and making sure I was taken care of. Very happy. With the results too.

IF Ductless stepped up to help in an urgent situation and far exceeded my expectations with their expertise and willingness to answer questions and made sure the project was a success. They are very knowledgeable, professional and installed a new Navien Tankless water heater a few months ago for me and it is working great! And the price was very fair, 30-40% less than the price quoted by other companies. My urgent situation started when the CO2 alarm went off in my house and we couldn't get it to turn off. The gas company came out and identified that the 30 yr old gas water heater was spewing CO2 at unsafe levels and they "red tagged" the water heater so we couldn't use it. We had considered switching to a tankless water heater and were referred to IFDuctless as someone who could help. Brian pulled off a miracle and was able to arrange to get a new one installed on short notice. Super great to work with. Tracked down questions I had about operating the unit. Helped me get a permit to qualify for a rebate after the fact. Definitely went above and beyond to take care of my situation. Super high quality work and definitely recommended.

Called them out to take a look at my heater, as it had stopped working. Turns out it was a 1957 GE furnace that had finally stopped working. They were able to replace it quickly and professionally, with quality craftsmanship. I work at Home Depot, so I've heard some horror stories about all the other HVAC companies in the area, but I will always recommend IF Ductless without hesitation. They were quick, reasonably priced, responsive, great people, skilled workers.

Brian always comes through with speed and good prices. He had nick out here the day after we made arrangements to replace my furnace. Very courteous amd professional. Cleaned up mess and made sure all questions were answered before they left.

IF ductless for when you need prompt, professional, competent ductless install. Called these guys after getting multiple quotes from other companies. Brian was great about breaking down the service, cost, setup, etc. and even worked hard to help us get the city rebate for electrical heat pump. His team were efficient and even though they were booked solid as most service companies are during the summer had the system up and running same day and only small delay from time of quote to date of install due to national shortage of equipment (actual AC unit). Service is excellent as well. Came out same day I called only hours after calling. Cant say enough good about IF ductless!!

Quality of work was superb. Took a little longer than expected but it was well worth it. Fujitsu warranty was pretty lacking but IF Ductless picks up the slack and makes the net warranty outstanding.
